Our firm is pure construction management (CM) and acts solely as an agent of our client. Clients benefit from knowing that we will never have any of the conflicts of interest that CMs who also act as constructors can face.

Cost Estimating/Budgeting

We provide estimating services for projects from the conceptual stage through complete construction documents. Our estimating services include a full detailed report of the proposed design as well as evaluation of alternatives and value analysis.

Project Scheduling

Our CPM scheduling utilizes the Primavera Suretrack Software and is tailored to specific client needs.

Constructability Analysis

We review the design in progress to assure constructability with minimal changes in the field.

Bid Preparation/Evaluation

Services include compiling front-end documents, preparing bid scopes, providing feedback on potential bidders, conducting pre-bid conferences and bid evaluations, and making contract award recommendations.
